We now make our own, handmade, fresh and fresh filled pasta using only the very best Italian 00 flour and eggs. Nothing else! In order to serve fresh, we only make small batches daily, so look out on the menu boards for availability, you don’t want to miss this!
Our beef is provided by Macduff Scottish Beef, a family of 17 Scottish farms, who have joined together to set themselves a uniquely high standard of beef production. Macduff cattle are reared naturally and fed only on grass and grass-based products, and non G.M. This natural diet ensures the full, rich flavour of beef as it used to taste. MACDUFF BEEF gains further richness and succulence when matured the traditional way, for a full three weeks on the bone.
We import Prosciutto di Parma, first pressed extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, 24 month old Parmiggiano Reggiano and many more foodstuffs for your delectation.
Our wine list is handpicked and well balanced, ranging from the house Nero d’Avola to the world famous Ferrari. Taste the passion !
